Complete the approriate Membership Registration Form, (Parents, Faculty and staff, or Alumni) and return to the school in an envelope marked PTSO along with the membership fee of $15 for an individual/family. The membership fee for faculty, staff, and alumni is $5.00. Please make checks payable to SVHS PTSO.
The registration and payment can also be mailed to: SVHS/JCIB/SVTA PTSO, PO Box 101512, Irondale, AL 35120.
You will have the opportunity to join the PTSO at registration, or you can send the application and payment to school with your student or drop it in the mail.
